Current Owner of the ZInsco and.or Sylvania Circuit Panel Product Line:Susan Wright, legal specialist for Osram Sylvania, kindly informed us (March 2011) that the Zinsco/Sylvania product line was sold to Verizon in 1984. GTE purchased Zinsco Circuit Breaker in the seventy’s and then sold the business in 1983 to another 3rd party.
