ECR International was formed in 1999 by the merger of Utica Co. and Dunkirk Radiattor CO, named for their founder, Earle C. Reed. The next year ECR became owner of the Olsen Airco brand.
Currently ECR International sells oil furnaces and oil burners branded Airco, DMO, and Olsen. The company also sells air conditioning equipment.
